Vizanote

Stay informed about your child's progress — with privacy built in.

As a guardian or caregiver, you play a central role in your child's ABA journey. Vizanote gives you meaningful visibility into their therapy — while protecting sensitive clinical and billing information.

What families can see

Your guardian portal gives you access to the information that helps you support your child at home.

  • Consent records

All consent documents you've signed are available in your portal at any time. You can download copies whenever you need them.

  • Program status

See which therapy programs are active for your child, and whether they are in progress or completed. General progress information only — clinical details stay with the clinical team.

  • Upcoming session schedule

View your child's upcoming therapy sessions so you can plan accordingly.

  • Your contact and preferences

Update your contact information and communication preferences directly in the portal.

What families cannot see — and why that protects you

Certain information is restricted to licensed clinical staff. This is by design — and it protects you and your child.

Clinical session notesRestricted

Detailed session notes contain clinical information that requires a licensed clinician to interpret accurately. Misunderstood out of context, they can cause unnecessary anxiety.

Trial-level dataRestricted

Raw trial counts and response data are tools for clinical analysis, not a score report. Your child's BCBA will discuss meaningful progress with you directly.

Billing and insurance recordsRestricted

Billing information is handled by clinic staff. This protects your financial data and reduces confusion from insurance claim language.

Other clients' informationRestricted

Vizanote's role-based system means you can never see any information about other children at the clinic — and they cannot see yours.

How consent signing works

When your clinic needs your consent — for a new treatment plan, a behavior intervention, or an annual review — you'll receive a secure request through Vizanote.

  1. 1

You receive a secure link to review the consent document

  2. 2

You read through the document at your own pace

  3. 3

You sign electronically — your identity and the time of signing are recorded

  4. 4

The signed record is cryptographically sealed — neither you nor the clinic can alter it after signing

  5. 5

Your copy is always available in your guardian portal
