Stay informed about your child's progress — with privacy built in.
As a guardian or caregiver, you play a central role in your child's ABA journey. Vizanote gives you meaningful visibility into their therapy — while protecting sensitive clinical and billing information.

What families cannot see — and why that protects you
Certain information is restricted to licensed clinical staff. This is by design — and it protects you and your child.
Detailed session notes contain clinical information that requires a licensed clinician to interpret accurately. Misunderstood out of context, they can cause unnecessary anxiety.
Raw trial counts and response data are tools for clinical analysis, not a score report. Your child's BCBA will discuss meaningful progress with you directly.
Billing information is handled by clinic staff. This protects your financial data and reduces confusion from insurance claim language.
Vizanote's role-based system means you can never see any information about other children at the clinic — and they cannot see yours.
How consent signing works
When your clinic needs your consent — for a new treatment plan, a behavior intervention, or an annual review — you'll receive a secure request through Vizanote.
- 1
You receive a secure link to review the consent document
- 2
You read through the document at your own pace
- 3
You sign electronically — your identity and the time of signing are recorded
- 4
The signed record is cryptographically sealed — neither you nor the clinic can alter it after signing
- 5
Your copy is always available in your guardian portal
